Joe Gomberg – Property Tax Guru

Joe has been in real estate valuation in Houston since 2002 when he started appraising residential properties as a fee appraiser.  His career shifted to commercial properties within 2 years and then acquired his Texas Certified General appraisal license in 2006.  From a commercial fee appraiser, he moved into the banking side of the business as a commercial review appraiser until the subprime market collapse in real estate in 2008.  Forced to seek other options, he stumbled upon property tax consulting; which he later realized catered to his two life passions; helping people and real estate.  

While he has thoroughly enjoyed saving his clients millions of dollars in property tax liability, what he treasures most are the connections and friendships he has developed with those he has helped.
